6. At last we will arrange shipping by Fedex, and send tracking number to you to track your order.

About shipping time
Generally, it usually takes about 3 working days to prepare your order, depending on the number of products included in the order!
Shipping time for Fedex is usually about 7-10 days. If there is a big shopping festival, the shipping time will be longer.

About cargo’s safe issue
The risk of been hold by customs is about 1-2%.Nobody can promise 100% safe shipping. If unfortunately we have this problem, we will refund 50% of products value (exclude the shipping fee).You may ask for refund or continue shopping with this money.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If order have not been sent to forwarder, you may change or cancel it.
If order have been sent to forwarder but not send to Fedex, cancel fee is $50.
Once tracking number available that means order have been sent out. It can’t be changed or cancel.

How do I return an item?
